Deep Chip Filler structurally and quickly repairs deep damage to your tiles. Where our pre-coloured, gel-filler, Tile REPAIREZY™ repairs most chips and cracks, we recommend firstly using Deep Chip Filler for damage greater than 2mm deep.

Deep Chip Filler comes in a greyish-white colour. We recommend using it as a structural repair then applying a topcoat of glossy, colour-matched Tile REPAIREZY™.

• Water soluble, one-part epoxy filler.
• UV and water resistant.

1. For quality tile repair, stone chip repair and bath repair, scrub soapy water into the affected area to remove any dirt or grime. Rinse and fully dry.
2. Knead and shake the tube for 2 minutes.
3. Slightly overfill damage with Deep Chip Filler.
4. Turn tube and gently level repair with “LEVEL”.
5. Immediately remove smears and clean LEVEL with a damp tissue. Repeat.

Special Instructions:

• Below 20C/70F set repair with a hairdryer for 2 minutes.
• Deep damage apply 2/3 times.
• WET AREAS - seal with clear sticky/scotch tape for 3 days.

How much damage can it repair?
MagicEzy Tile Deep Chip Filler is suitable as a base filler for chips and gouges up to 4 mm wide and 4mm deep. For deeper damage, apply additional coats.

One tube will repair 15-20 5mm (diameter) x 3mm (deep) chips.

In temperatures over 20°C / 70°F, our repairs are already extremely strong within 24 to 48 hours.

Tile Deep Chip Filler dries in a matte finish.

How do I store the tube once opened?
We suggest that you store the remaining product in the refrigerator.
